Share your unused space. A lot of people will pay rent fr a comfortable room, or extra space. Plus the added company won’t hurt. Consider these things;

Bed & breakfast:The more rooms, the more income, but the upkeep will be a challenge

Rent your house:Calculate how much you could earn. If you go abroad often, then rent out your house. It would be a great help for expenses.

Camping space:For those who don’t necessarily want strangers in the house but live near the wilderness or a multi-day festival, there’s money to be earned from campers
